These Terms of Use govern your use of the website of Emergency Vehicle Exchange™, LLC ("EVXEMS," "we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado-licensed used motor vehicle dealer. Please read them before using the site.

Website purpose

This site provides information about used ambulances and emergency vehicles that EVXEMS offers for sale, rent, or trade, and lets you contact us. It is an information and inquiry tool. It is not an offer to sell, a binding quote, or a contract. Any sale, rental, or trade is completed through separate written agreements.

Vehicle information

We work to describe each vehicle honestly, including its condition. Vehicle listings, descriptions, and inspection notes are provided to help you evaluate a unit, not as a guarantee of any particular condition or outcome. We encourage you to verify the details that matter to you and to inspect a vehicle — in person or through an independent inspector — before you buy.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site may change and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Unless we specifically state otherwise, prices do not include taxes, title, registration, transportation, or dealer and administrative fees.

Availability

Inventory changes frequently. A vehicle shown on the site may be sold, reserved, or removed at any time, sometimes without notice. Listing a vehicle here does not guarantee that it is still available.

Specifications

Specifications, equipment lists, mileage, and other vehicle details are provided in good faith and may contain errors. They are not guaranteed. Verify any specification you intend to rely on before purchase.

Photography

Photos are meant to represent a vehicle's condition, but they may not show every feature, wear item, or imperfection. Photos are not a substitute for inspection.

Errors and omissions

We may correct errors on the site at any time. If a price, specification, description, photo, or availability detail is wrong, we reserve the right to correct it, and a correction takes priority over the earlier information.

Third-party financing

EVXEMS is not a lender. If we help with financing, we do so by referring you to third-party lenders and leasing partners. Any financing is subject to their approval and their terms. We do not guarantee that financing will be approved or offered on any particular terms.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, layout, graphics, logos, photography, and the Emergency Vehicle Exchange and EVXEMS names and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may view and share the site for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Venue

Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
