The information on this website is provided to help you evaluate our vehicles and services. Please read the disclaimers below — they explain the limits of what the site can tell you.

Inventory

Vehicle availability changes frequently. A unit shown here may already be under contract or sold, and inventory may sell without notice. If a vehicle interests you, contact us to confirm it's still available.

Pricing

Prices may change at any time. Unless we specifically state otherwise, taxes, title, registration, transportation, dealer fees, and similar costs are additional and are not included in a listed price.

Vehicle information

We work to describe our vehicles accurately, but specifications may contain errors. Equipment lists and mileage should be independently verified. Photos are meant to represent a vehicle's condition, but they may not show every feature or imperfection. Verify the details that matter to you before you buy.

Used vehicle condition

All vehicles are used unless we clearly state otherwise. Normal wear should be expected. We encourage you to inspect any vehicle before purchase, and independent inspections are always welcome — in person or through an inspector of your choosing.

Emergency equipment

Used emergency vehicles may include specialized equipment, such as:

• Emergency lighting
• Sirens
• Two-way radios
• Communications equipment
• Government-owned equipment
• Specialized accessories

This equipment may be removed, disabled, or subject to legal requirements before it can be transferred or used. Some items are restricted or require licensing or registration to own or operate. You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding this equipment.

Financing

Financing is subject to lender approval. EVXEMS is not a lender, and no financing approval is guaranteed.

Transportation

Shipping and transportation are separate services and are not included in the price of a vehicle unless we specifically say so.

Government sales

We work with government agencies, and we understand that public buyers may have additional purchasing requirements. Purchase orders may be accepted where appropriate. Contact us to discuss your agency's process.
