Who we are
EVXEMS™ — Emergency Vehicle Exchange — buys, sells, and rents used ambulances and emergency vehicles. We're based in Loveland, Colorado, with roots in the Mountain West and customers nationwide. Every unit is inspected, documented, and photographed in full before it's listed, and we ship anywhere in the country.
We built this around one idea: make buying a used ambulance sight-unseen something you can do with confidence. That means honest photography, real inspection reports, and people you can actually reach.

How we inspect
Every unit goes through a documented, multi-point inspection — chassis and patient module — before it's listed. The report goes right on the vehicle's page, so you evaluate the truck the same way you would if it were parked in front of you.
Chassis & drivetrain
Engine, transmission, drivetrain, frame, brakes, tires — checked and graded.
Patient module
Structure, electrical, climate, O2, cabinetry — inspected and documented.
Honest documentation
Full photography including wear, plus the inspection report on the listing.
